We made our way to the Champs Elysees where we watched along with thousands the greatest cyclists on the planet finish the 100th Tour de France. The atmosphere was electric. I put together this video to tell the story of our evening. I tried uploading the HD version of this, but the 1998 version of WIFI in our apartment choked on that (12 hours later, it finally gave up). So, I've uploaded a much lower resolution version. Hopefully it looks ok.

Le Tour de France: An Evening on the Champs Elysees
Tonight we witnessed the super bowl of cycling, The Tour de France--the world's greatest endurance- sport spectacle. Though not necessarily cycling fans, we couldn't pass up this opportunity to witness such an event. I'm glad we did, as it provided some fabulous memories that we'll enjoy for years.
